A dedicated, flexible bar zone you can style and stock your way. Casa Blanc operates BYO — bring your own drinks and pour for invited guests (alcohol can't be sold on-site), with responsible service and consumption expected throughout.

A functional kitchenette with fridge space gives your caterer everything they need to prep, plate and keep food and drinks cold throughout the event. Note: cooking isn't permitted inside the venue — any cooking, including BBQing or frying, has to happen outside using the caterer's own equipment, with Casa Blanc notified in advance.

Enough tables and chairs to seat your guests comfortably are included in the hire, along with tablecloths — no need to source or hire seating separately. Setup is yours to coordinate (or your stylist's), or Casa Blanc can set tables and chairs to your floor plan for an additional fee if arranged in advance.
A private lounge upstairs gives the bridal party, VIPs, or organisers a quiet space to retreat to, away from the main event floor.

Event-Day Support
Complimentary 1-hour bump-in and bump-out

One hour each for bump-in and bump-out is included in every hire, giving you and your vendors time to set up and pack down without extra charge. Need more time? Additional hours can be arranged in advance for an additional cost — just note requests over two extra hours may require booking a full-day hire instead.
Cleaning is included in your hire fee — general rubbish goes straight into the on-site skip bin at no extra cost. The venue just needs to be left in an orderly condition.
